Congratulations to all and also our junior riders for local team <a href=\"http:\/\/kd-rajd.si\/\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>Rajd-Funsports<\/strong><\/a> for top places in the other categories!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Downhill Lo\u0161inj<\/strong> is international UCI C1 race, but at the same time also first race of the<strong>Slovenian DH Cup<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Our riders after the race:<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Zarja \u010cernilogar; 1st place:<\/strong> <em>\u201cIt was an interesting weekend. Rocky course on Lo\u0161inj wasn\u2019t gentle with my wrist, but it was nice to race Slovenian Cup again. I went on my final run with \u2018no pain no gain\u2019 attitude and I\u2019m happy that I won. Every victory counts. Also I would like to thank the boys that helped me get prepared for that run!\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Jure \u017dabjek, 2nd place:<\/strong> <em>\u201cI came disappointed from Lourdes, of course I\u2019m very happy with how this race finished. I did a mistake in the top part of the course on my qualifications run, I didn\u2019t make same mistake in the finals. I liked course very much, it had more turns as in the past.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u017diga Pandur, 3rd place:<\/strong> <em>\u201cWhat can be better than a good weather and racetrack with a sea view from the start and finish line just few meters away from the beach? This race always has really good vibe and also the track was really good this year &#8211; big thumbs up for organizers who made good changes on track from previous years. The track was rocky and loose, so it was hard to get a run without mistakes. After easy paced seeding run I decided to turned it up a bit more but that didn&#8217;t paid off in the finals as I made a lot of mistakes.
